Cyndi Robinson, Ed.D. proudly serves as Principal of the Richmond Virtual Academy (PreK-12). In 2005, Dr. Robinson earned the Bachelor's of Arts in English and Master's of Teaching in Secondary Education from the University of Virginia (Go Hoos!). In 2019, she earned the Doctorate of Education degree in educational leadership and administration from George Washington University (Go Colonials!). Dr. Robinson has over 15 years of experience as a classroom teacher, clinical residency coach in the Richmond Teacher Residency program, national board certified teacher in English Language Arts for Adolescence and Young Adulthood, facilitator for the Santa Cruz New Teacher Center Professional Learning Series for instructional mentoring, adjunct professor for Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Education, Instructional Technology Resource Teacher (ITRT), and Manager of Instructional Innovation & Design with Richmond Public Schools. As a product of Richmond Public Schools and a first generation college graduate, Dr. Robinson continues to be a life- long learner and passionate about supporting teachers with inspiring and transforming lives through education.
